Privacy & data handling

SignalDesk is a fixed-scope prototype service from Frank AI Operations. This notice covers the public service page and fit-check enquiries sent to frankaburamez@gmail.com. It does not create a customer contract or replace client-specific confidentiality and data terms.

Do not send credentials, private system access, customer records, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data. A pre-contract fit check requires only a public intake URL and a general workflow description.

What the public page collects

The page has no intake form, account, checkout, advertising pixel, or service-specific analytics script. Selecting the email link opens the visitor's email client. If you send an enquiry, the message can include your email address, name or signature, public business URL, and the information you choose to write.

Why the information is used

To evaluate whether the bounded local-prototype sprint fits the described public workflow.
To respond to the enquiry and prepare a client-specific scope if requested.
To keep a minimal record of consent, suppression requests, scope discussions, and commercial decisions.

The information is not used to diagnose HVAC issues, dispatch technicians, make emergency decisions, or send automated marketing sequences.

Email provider and sharing

Fit-check email is delivered to an authorized Gmail inbox and is therefore processed by Google under the applicable account terms. Information is not sold. It may be shared only when necessary to operate the inbox, comply with law, prevent abuse, or prepare a client-approved service agreement. No live customer data is placed into the local prototype under this offer.

Retention and deletion

If no project begins, each retained fit-check enquiry is entered in an internal register with a deletion due date no later than 90 days after the last substantive exchange. The authorized inbox holder performs and records the deletion review. A minimal suppression record or information needed for security, dispute, tax, or legal reasons may be retained and recorded as an exception. If work begins, retention, return/export, access revocation, and deletion are defined in the signed client scope before any non-public material is accepted.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing the address above with subject Privacy request. Identity or authority may need to be verified before acting on a request.

Prototype boundary

The current sprint uses invented test enquiries in a local browser prototype. It does not connect to a live form, inbox, CRM, spreadsheet, phone, SMS, email sender, or dispatcher. It is not an emergency service, life-safety system, diagnostic tool, or substitute for contacting emergency services, a utility, or the HVAC company's direct dispatch channel.

Security and limitations

This offer follows a data-minimization policy: send public workflow facts only. Ordinary email is not a secure credential-transfer channel and no internet service can be guaranteed risk-free. Do not send credentials, payment details, customer records, health information, or other sensitive material. If a message accidentally contains such information, stop sending further material and request deletion.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. A production integration, web form, checkout, analytics system, or automated communication channel requires a separate privacy and compliance review before launch.
